Terms And Conditions

The referral program is open to all existing customers of Novagems who refer new customers to Novagems through the referral link provided by the company.

The referral bonus for successful referrals will be up to $250 per referral. However, if the new customer's monthly recurring revenue (MRR) is less than $250, the referral bonus will be equal to one month's MRR of the new customer.

One existing customer can earn a maximum of $10,000 in referral bonuses.

To be eligible for the referral bonus, the new customer must sign up and become a paying customer of Novagems within 30 days of clicking the referral link provided by the existing customer.

The referral bonus will be paid out to the existing customer after the new customer has been active and paying for at least one month.

Novagems reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time and without notice.

Any fraudulent or unethical behavior by the existing customer or new customer will result in disqualification from the referral program and forfeiture of any referral bonuses.

By participating in the referral program, the existing customer agrees to these terms and conditions and to Novagems sharing their name and referral link with potential new customers.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. It is the existing customer's responsibility to regularly check for any updates or changes to the terms and conditions.
